“Before & After School Provision”

for the children of Far Forest Lea Memorial Primary Academy:

Breakfast Club – 7.45 – 8.45 every morning

After School Club from 3.15 – 5.15 Monday-Wednesday and 3.15-4.45 Thursdays and Fridays,

Cost and Times of Wrap Around Care

Mornings 7.45 – 8.45 a.m. £4.00

Afternoon 3.15 – 4.15 p.m.

Flat rate of £4.00 (if a child attends a school club their flat rate will run from 4.15 – 5.15 p.m.)

Additional 30 minutes after 4.15 p.m. £2.00 per 30 minutes

Cost of Afternoon Sessions

If your child attends from 3.15 to 4.45 p.m. the cost to parents will be £6.00

If your child attends from 3.15 – 5.15 p.m. the cost to parents will be £8.00

General Information

If a child is ill and is booked into wrap around care, no charge will be administered to parents

If you book your child into wrap around care and cancel after 12.00 there will be a charge of £4.00

We expect high standards of behaviour at after school care and if a child doesn’t follow the rules and expectations, parents will be informed and the child will not be allowed to attend wrap around care

With effect from 30th January 2023 bookings must be made and paid for at the time on ParentPay

Late pick up will be charged £5 per child for 15 minutes
