Far Forest Lea MemorialCE Primary School
The children, staff and governors of Far Forest Lea Memorial CE Primary Academy welcome you to our happy school. We are a Church of England School that believes in providing a richness of opportunities, where every child’s talents can be nurtured and celebrated.
Our School Vision
Our Far Forest family welcomes everybody as a unique child known to God. We nurture and provide opportunities for our pupils to grow into caring, compassionate and confident individuals, supporting all on their journey.
Our school vision supports our core values of; 'Nurture, Care, Forgive' .
Nurture We value all children as individuals, regardless of their backgrounds, helping them to flourish and fulfill their unique God-given potential. All children are loved and valued for who they are.
Care is shown through our inspiring curriculum design, encouraging all children to care about others and themselves. We seek to educate the whole child, not only pursuing academic excellence but to support children to become well-rounded individuals.
Forgiveness is modelled and taught through our curriculum and day to day lives. We encourage children to show empathy and compassion, just like Jesus showed us.
Far Forest...
We want each child to:
thrive
feel safe and secure
develop confidence in everything they do
have empathy and an understanding of people and the world around them
be independent learners
be full of aspiration
We achieve this through creating a climate where pupils are nurtured and are surrounded by an inspiring curriculum. We ensure we support the needs of all their in providing support, guidance which excites the learner’s curiosity.
Everyone is part of driving the learning and ambition which ensures all pupils succeed both in school and in life afterwards.
Working in partnership with our families has created a school community which is aspirational and has a strong family ethos in which everyone is valued and respected.
Our Pledge...
We look forward to welcoming your child to our school and becoming partners in your child’s exciting learning journey.
