Dear Parents and Carer's,
I hope you are all well and could enjoy some family time last week. It was great to see everybody back.
I was hoping to write for you a short summary of the latest Government guidance on schools which we have been advised will be soon.
In the meantime, England's schools quite rightly remain open for all pupils and the media debate is as expected. Across our country, the heightened anxiety of the past few weeks clearly remains and there is much more challenge ahead.
Our understanding is that Far Forest will continue to operate in its current format, with an extended start times, teaching of pupils in bubbles, remote Collective worship and a structured cleaning programme in place just some of the measures in place. Our paramount focus on safety remains and will certainly be enhanced over the coming weeks; this may necessitate a few logistical changes.
As soon as the Government gives us an indication of our operating parameters during the forthcoming lockdown, then we will be able to interpret these with regard to our own distinctive setting and share them with you.
All good wishes,
